Had really good experience, overall good value and fully equipped place.

Immaculately clean hotel with a very modern design and particularly good views, it has a convenient location next to the train station, Basel for 5 days and included-. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was savoury! The service we got was exceptional.

The standard twin room was high standard, the bed was good: D

Bathroom door didn't close completely.

Comfortable beds in the Standard Queen Room ensured decent sleep, not to mention the inclusion of free coffee near the reception, a welcome perk after a long day. The quiet atmosphere despite proximity to train tracks provided a restful environment for winding down.

Room amenities lean towards minimalism, leaving just the essentials-bed, TV, and cardboard bathroom supplies, which can feel sparse for an extended stay. Cleaning service is noticeably limited, requiring explicit requests for any extra cleaning or supplies like toilet paper, taking away from the typical hotel experience. Shower gel wasn't replenished and varies with room types. My stay in the twin room left much to be desired in terms of space and heating options.

The room was modern and stylish. My only suggestion would be to improve the accessibility of the hotel location, as it is a bit far from the city center.

Loved the breakfast with fresh mini-croissants and quality organic juices! The room was spacious and the free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Just wish the sofa bed was more comfortable.

Everything was superb.

My experience here was quite nice, with some notable highs and a few lows. Upon arrival, I appreciated Justine at the reception-her guidance on local attractions was great. The Standard Queen Room felt spacious, with a comfortable bed ensuring a good sleep. I loved the daily breakfast. Fresh fruits and mini-croissants stood out for me. I did run into some issues. On our last afternoon, a stranger entered our room while we were napping, alarming and definitely a breach of privacy. The reception's response to this situation felt dismissive, which left me feeling uneasy for the remainder of the stay. The coffee machine located downstairs was a hassle for early risers like myself, and the absence of a fridge in the room was inconvenient for late-night snacks. Despite the room's cleanliness, I noticed the bed sheets should have been checked more carefully for stray hairs. This hotel is quite nice, but a few improvements are definitely needed.

The Standard Queen Room offers a surprisingly quiet atmosphere even with the nearby train tracks, great for some solid rest. The rooms are equipped with really comfortable beds that make unwinding easy after a long day haggling in the galaxy.

The ventilation system in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired-you can't set it lower than 22 degrees. Breakfast was lacking at 9:30, only offering white bread, and the coffee machine is awkwardly located downstairs. There's no fridge for late-night snacks. The carpet in the halls is fluffy, but it's a hassle for moving carry-ons. And be cautious with parking. Those spaces are tight-if you've got a larger ship, it might be a squeeze.

The breakfast was solid, offering all the essentials including good options for families. I felt better accommodated here compared to my previous stay in basel. The overall experience hit all the right notes for me.

Location was quiet and really close to a river cruise out of Basel, the main railway station, and attractions like the zoo. Well-organised staff, gave a lot of information. - Stayed in a nicely decorated and brand-new standard twin room with a very comfortable bed. - the breakfast was delicious and super with yogurt and croissants to choose from

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious handmade options along with excellent coffee.
